Terms and Conditions

  1. The equipment displayed online is exclusive for online sales. These units are not available through any other means or channels.
  2. All online sales are subject to availability and confirmation of availability from Finning (Canada) representatives.
  3. All confirmed purchases must have the purchasing party supply the following pending confirmation of sale:

    a.  A Finning (Canada) customer number verified for verified by Finning (Canada), demonstrating the terms are met for financing.

    b.  A refundable down-payment will be required via credit card or wire transfer within 24 hours. Secure transfer information will be established following the confirmation of equipment sale. All offers are backed with a seven day change-your-mind policy, where you can decide to cancel your offer.

    c.  A signed Finning (Canada) sales order, unaltered except by Finning (Canada).

    d.  If the preceding requirements  are not completed to Finning (Canada)’s satisfaction within 24 hours, the unit will be re-listed for sale and the pending transaction will be cancelled. Equipment is sold on a first-come first served basis.

  4. All equipment is sold in as-is, where-is condition, with no exceptions and all warranties are disclaimed and declared to be of no force or effect, whether such warranties arise from statute (including but not limited to warranties concerning fitness for purpose and merchantability).
  5. The purchasing party is responsible for all shipping and delivering costs. The party receiving the shipped unit must be authorized by the purchaser to receive the unit.
  6. All offers are subject to final Finning (Canada) approval. Finning (Canada) reserves the right to reject any and all offers. Finning (Canada) will determine the equipment final sale based on all offers received and accepted.
  7. Finning (Canada) will respond to all qualified offers within 24 hours. Finning (Canada) operates primarily during business hours of 8AM-5PM, Monday – Friday. Responses to offers may be delayed outside of these hours.
  8. Finning (Canada) is not responsible for lost, or incomplete entries as a result of: technical or mechanical malfunctions; computer hardware or software; inaccurate entry information whether caused by equipment or programming; human processing error; or other causes.
  9. All prices listed are in Canadian currency and all purchaser offers must be made in in Canadian currency. 
  10. Finning (Canada) reserves the right to nullify any purchases through proscribed countries or agreements.
