To become ISO 9001:2008 certified, The Cat Rental Store underwent an extensive evaluation process that included: quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of nonconformances to the highest quality management standard.

To maintain ISO certification, The Cat Rental Store will perform yearly audits to ensure compliance and assess initiatives in ensure continued improvement.
