Finning improves its service promise

When you contact Finning for service, you have some basic needs. That’s why, throughout our 80-year history, we’ve strived to continually improve our service. And now, at a time when you can’t put a price on peace of mind, we’re refreshing our Customer Service Commitment.

The Customer Service Commitment guarantees:

  1. On-time completion: if we miss a promised service completion date, we’ll issue an account credit or cheque for a maximum payout of 20 per cent of the total repair price.
  2. No surprise invoices: we’ll keep you informed on the status of your repairs. If additional repairs are needed, we’ll get your go-ahead before we proceed.
  3. No-cost warranty repairs: all of our service work is guaranteed for 12 months or 4000 hours, whichever comes first. When your machine comes back, you can rest assured that the work is done right.
