Finning Engineers of the Future

If you are looking for a career in engineering with a forward looking, dynamic, professional organisation – look no further than Finning!

We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic people with a passion for engineering to come and join us for the long term. We will develop your existing skills through our award winning Apprenticeship programme. On successful completion you will become a Caterpillar Qualified Engineer, with nationally recognised qualifications, leading to a long and rewarding career in our Workshops and Field Service Teams.

Our state of the art Academy in our Cannock HQ is the fulcrum of our Apprentice scheme where you will be developed into the engineer of tomorrow. Our scheme is up to 4 years in duration and covers engineering with a chance to specialise across our huge product range. During this time you will be expected to take up opportunities to put your enhanced skills into practice in our many branches throughout the UK and Ireland.

And once you have graduated the fun really begins! You could be working anywhere across the dealership performing challenging diagnostic repairs on a variety of Caterpillar products. From earthmoving machines to marine engines and electric power generators, you will be delivering a class leading customer experience where safety is paramount.

You will be working for the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer, servicing Cat equipment and engines – some of the world's biggest, hardest-working machines and engines.

You'll work for the best, and you'll be the best.
