Your shopping cart experience on Parts.Cat.com just got better—with improvements in platform performance, error messaging, and quantity updating—allowing for easier online order placement.
 
Improved search & filtering in CUBIQ

We have improved the search and filter navigation in CUBIQ’s Order Management app—by including partial search (on a single item) and multiple search (for the same category) when searching for Parts Orders.

Internet explorer is being retired

As of May 1st, 2022, Caterpillar’s Parts.Cat.com will no longer support the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Customers are encouraged to migrate their usage of Parts.Cat.com to a secondary internet browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

SIS link updated

With the recent Cat system changes, we have now updated the SIS link in CUBIQ. Linking to SIS 2.0. can be done from Useful Links and off the Asset Detail page. Log in to CUBIQ and go to > Useful Links > SIS 2.0
