New order tracking statuses
To keep you updated and access parts quicker, we recently improved the CUBIQ delivery statuses. This will provide clarity for when your parts are ready for pickup. Log in and Explore >
Notification filtering – order status
You can now filter notifications in the Control Center on parts.cat.com to easily identify and view the ones that matter most.

Expiration for pending orders
Users of the Customer Authority Level feature in parts.cat.com will now see pending orders auto-expire orders after 90 days. Expired orders can still be searched, and statuses accessed on the Expired Order Details page.

Don’t need a quote but want to verify your parts before you order? Ask your parts.cat.com team representative for a cart link to order online at your convenience.
