The Cat® Rental Store – Finning Canada Conquest Promotion
Official Promotion Rules
Effective: June 14, 2021
The Cat® Rental Store – Finning Canada Conquest Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Finning Canada, a division of Finning International Inc. (“Finning”) and is offered in connection with the Cat Rental Store – Finning Canada Loyalty Program (the “Loyalty Program”). The Loyalty Program is governed by the Official Program Rules found here: Finning.com/RentalPoint (the “Official Program Rules”).
By participating in the Promotion, each Member unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the Official Program Rules as amended from time to, these as amended from time to time, (the "Official Promotion Rules") and the decisions of Finning, whose decissions will be fianl and binding in all respects.
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Official Promotion Rules will have the meaning ascribed to those terms in the Official Program Rules.
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on June 14, 2021 at 12:00:01 AM MT and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM MT (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
This Promotion is open only to Members of the Loyalty Program that constitute Conquest Members (as defined below).
For full details regarding how to enroll in the Loyalty Program please read and review the Official Program Rules found here: Finning.com/RentalPoint.
For purposes of these Official Promotion Rules, “Conquest Members” means any Member of the Loyalty Program that has not entered into any rental contracts of any kind at any of the Participating Stores in the 12 month period that immediately preceded the first date of the Promotion Period.
3. Earning TCRSFC Stamps
During the Promotion Period only, a Conquest Member can earn TCRSFC Stamps as set out below:
(a) Consult at Participating Stores: Two TCRSFC Stamps will be awarded to a Conquest Member that completes an initial face-to-face or virtual consultation with any sales representative of a Participating Store.
(b) Initial Eligible Rental Contract: Two TCRSFC Stamps will be awarded to Conquest Members upon entering into their first Eligible Rental Contract with a Participating Store (the “Initial Contract”). If a Conquest Member earns two TCRSFC Stamps under this Section 3(b) in connection with an Initial Contract, then that Conquest Member is not entitled to an additional TCRSFC Stamp under Section 4(a)(i) of the Official Program Rules. In addition, any subsequent Eligible Rental Contracts that are entered into by the Conquest Member after the Initial Contract will be awarded a single TCRSFC Stamp in accordance with Section 4(a)(i) Official Program Rules.
For certainty, TCRSFC Stamps will not be awarded in respect of any Excluded Rental Contracts.

4. Redeeming TCRSFC Stamps
Any TCRSFC Stamps earned in connection with this Promotion may be redeemed for specified prizes subject to the Official Program Rules.
5. Privacy/Use of Personal Information
By participating in the Promotion, each Conquest Member acknowledges that Section 8 of the Official Program Rules apply.
Finning will use each participating Conquest Member’s Personal Information only for identified purposes and protect each participating Conquest Member’s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with Finning’s Data Governance Statement which can be found here: https://www.finning.com/en_CA/policies/data-governance.html
6. Cancellation and Changes to the Promotion
Finning reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, restrict, suspend or terminate this Promotion or any aspect or feature of this Promotion at any time. If Finning cancels or terminates the Promotion, Conquest Members will be entitled to retain any TCRSFC Stamps that were earned prior to the cancellation or termination.
Finning may modify, restrict or suspend the Promotion and these Official Promotion Rules, and each such modification, restriction or suspension will be effective upon either posting at Finning.com/RentalPoint or by giving notice to Conquest Members.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
By participating in the Promotion, each Conquest Member expressly acknowledges that Section 10 of the Official Program Rules apply.
8. Limitation of Liability; Releases
By participating in the Promotion, each Conquest Member expressly acknowledges that Section 11 of the Official Program Rules apply.
