The Service Information System 2.0 instructor led training (ILT) introduces participants to the features and functionality of the Caterpillar SIS 2.0 web-based parts and service information.
The Electronic Technician instructor led training introduces participants to the features and functionality of Caterpillar ET program.

Basic computer navigation skills, understanding of files and folder management would be beneficial for the participants as these functions will be used during the course.
After completion of the course, the participant will be able to navigate the SIS 2.0 website to locate parts and service information.
