Finning’s Recruitment Team Among Top 50 in North America

The Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation of a quality candidate experience in the recruitment process announced the winners of the 2017 North American Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards in September. Finning was among the top 50 companies recognized for providing an exemplary candidate experience.  

Of the 242 companies who participated in the awards, the top 50 companies were determined based on candidate satisfaction scores. Over 180,000 job candidates were surveyed. Factors taken into consideration included the likelihood that candidates would re-apply for a position, refer the company to other job seekers, and their overall experience through the process. “We are thrilled to have ranked in the top 50,” said global recruitment director, Lindsay Rutherford. “It speaks volumes to our recruitment team’s efforts in building a positive perception in the marketplace amongst candidates and growing our reputation as an employer of choice.”
