Leading Milton Keynes based civil engineering and groundworks specialist, Smiths Construction Group Ltd, has taken delivery of a completely rebuilt Cat 963C tracked loader, just in time to start work onsite for 2016.
The Cat 963C was rebuilt at the Finning Halstead branch throughout December 2015 and delivered to Paul Usher, Plant Manager at Smiths, complete with very personal branding for its driver Chris Mitchell. The unit will be key to delivering groundworks and waste projects across the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire regions that the business serves.
Commenting on the project, Finning Product Support Sales Manager, Alan Shea said: “This was a major rebuild for the Halstead team, who worked incredibly hard in the lead up to Christmas to hit the January deadline. The team at Smiths are already taking full advantage of the new machine, which also comes with a complete rebuild warranty package.”
