Finning's Customer Service Commitment. Applicable with most work completed as part of Caterpillar's standard parts warranty, such as parts guarantee, up to 4,000 hours within 12 months, in-frame repairs coverage, component failure coverage, and much more.
Finning will stand behind our work for up to 24 months or 5,000 hours. Upon enrollment of an Essentials Customer Value Agreement, you get all the benefits of the CVA plus the extended coverage of up to 24 months or 5,000 hours for Recondition, Certified Rebuild/Dealer Rebuild or Cat Reman repair work.
Extended Component Assurance provides coverage up to 48-months or 8,000 hours based on the enrolment of a Complete or Advanced CVA (with Labour). Finning's Advanced and Complete CVA's provide you with hands-on support from our Cat certified engineers to protect your investment surrounding a Cat rebuild or component repair. It's the best of both worlds as Extended Component Assurance allows you keep your machine up and running with the security of up to 48-months or 8,000 hours of Finning support.
