Terms & Conditions

  1. No cost to join rewards program and receive exclusive offers
  2. To qualify for this promotion, you must have a Finning customer number and make all purchases under the eligible customer number.
  3. Ensure that you are authorized by your organization to participate in this promotion.
  4. Limit one reward per company, based on the Finning customer number.
  5. Rewards are based on parts and service purchase spend (including parts via service, online and over-the-counter parts orders & service labour purchase) made under your customer number, and spend cannot be transferred or consolidated between accounts.
  6. Eligible spend is based on parts and labour purchase spend (including service, online and over-the-counter parts orders) invoiced. Warranty workorders and equipment orders are not eligible
  7. This promotion is limited to customers who are not eligible for other loyalty or preferred pricing including the preferred loyalty parts/labour pricing program.
  8. By participating in this promotion, you authorize Finning to use your contact information to inform you about the promotion and provide you with earned rewards and exclusive offers.
  9. Finning reserves the right to determine the final eligibility of rewards earned.
  10. Finning may, at its sole discretion, modify or cancel this incentive program at any time and for any reason.
  11. Finning shall not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, as may arise out of Finning’s negligence), equity, or any other theory of liability whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from this rewards program.
  12. You will be automatically re-enrolled in this rewards program each year unless you opt out by providing notice to Finning via email to FinningRewards@finning.com at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current year.
  13. Rewards shall accrue from January 1st to December 31st each year. Such rewards earned each month expire after 12 months. Rewards do not have any equivalent cash value and all unused rewards shall be forfeited.
