Whistleblower Policy

Building and keeping the trust and respect of our customers, employees, suppliers, and shareholders is critical for Finning. We honour these relationships, and our employees play an integral role in this. Our Code of Conduct and Whistleblower Policy are essential components of how we hold ourselves to the highest standards of ethics, fairness, and professionalism.

The Whistleblower Policy mandates that directors, officers, and employees report suspected breaches of the Code of Conduct. The Whistleblower Policy supports Finning's value of open and honest communication by protecting employees from adverse employment consequences when reporting suspected breaches.

As an alternative to reporting perceived Code violations through normal business channels, which include an employee's immediate supervisor, human resources personnel or a senior management representative, the Whistleblower Policy also allows employees to make reports to Finning's compliance officer or anonymously to an independent third party.
