Apprenticeships


Finning proudly supports many apprentices: heavy equipment technicians, parts technicians, electricians, welders, millwrights and machinists in Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories.

Finning's Apprenticeship Team is responsible for all administration functions to assist the apprentice with their apprenticeship from start to finish. This includes but not limited to:

  • Apprentice contract set-up
  • Pay increase completion
  • Technical training registration
  • Work experience updates
  • Journeyperson certification completion
