As an organization that fosters a safety culture and is committed to continually raising the bar on our safety performance, Finning is proud to support the good work STARS is doing in our communities. “We are pleased to support the STARS Foundation with a donation of $15,000 in recognition of their commitment to saving lives by providing safe, reliable, emergency medical service and transport to people when they need it most,” says Mona Hale, senior vice president, global commercial and financial performance management, Finning International.

Every day, STARS air ambulance service takes care of some of the sickest and most critically-injured patients in Western Canada. This translates to thousands of people every year who rely on STARS to get them to hospitals safely where they can access the advanced care they need. While in the air, these patients receive the highest level of care available.

“STARS relies on the support of allies like Finning Canada to ensure that each person who needs emergency medical care receives it quickly,” said Andrea Robertson, president and CEO of STARS. “Thank you for joining our fight to save lives.”
