Finning Canada was recognized by Caterpillar with three prestigious awards for operational excellence.
Caterpillar’s district manager Jeff Vanek was in Edmonton last week to present the Gold Operational Excellence Awards to Finning, which were earned by achieving Caterpillar’s gold level benchmark in part sales, digital services and marketing and sales excellence in 2021.
“These three gold medals in parts, digital, and marketing and sales excellence represent significant effort by the Finning team and demonstrate Finning's drive for continuous improvement,” says Jeff.
“Congratulations to Finning Canada on these significant accomplishments and thank you for your commitment to operational excellence.”
David Primrose, president Finning Canada, Nik Jackman, SVP, construction industries and aftermarket, and Michael McCarthy, SVP customer solutions, accepted the hardware on behalf of the company.
Recognition in these important areas reflect everyone’s efforts and dedication to achieving our goals and objectives. While Caterpillar has raised its gold level benchmark for 2022, our results so far are encouraging.
