  • If your parts don’t arrive by the next business day, or your requested delivery date you’ll receive up to $1,000 in Cat Credits.

Fast Turnaround, Certified Technicians

  • CVAs with dealer labor include repair service for common repairs on machines completed within two business days from initial customer authorization. Time commitments for major repairs may vary.
  • If your common repair is delayed beyond two business days or the agreed completion date, you’ll receive up to  $1,000 in Cat Credits.
