COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Length: 4 x 8-hour days or 3 x 10-hour days
Target Audience: Service Maintenance Technicians / Ticketed Service Technicians
This course is intended to present to Cat Dealer Service Technicians, Technical Communicators and Customer Technicians the features of the R8M serial number prefix 995-12A build LWL and its similarities and differences from its previous version, the 994K-SMX serial number prefix. Participants will learn all related to Implement, Power Train System, Steering and Brake, Cab Controls and Monitoring System interface. All machine systems will be deeply explained, detailing the function, capacities, and benefits of the new Auto dig and Coaching features, new Power Train utilities, new PFC Implement system, Electric-Hydraulic Steering System, Electric-Hydraulic Brake system among other existing systems on the new 995-12A build LWL. Participants will also be active in practical labs identifying components and systems and will perform T&A service procedures to Hydraulics and Power Train & others sub-systems of the 995-12A build LWL.
