Our 2019 apprentices taking part in a team building, an exercise which is aimed at strengthening some of the qualities needed in our apprenticeship program. At Finning, team work is a fundmental quality which we value, it helps us deliver a first class customer experience and create a working environment which is enjoyed amongst all our employees.
Our 2019 apprentices, whilst getting help from their fellow team mates, also had a test of their own determination and drive, and when we say test, we mean climb a very tall structure and encourage others to follow in their footsteps. It was great to see the apprentices show such drive which will carry them far in the program and will strenghten a key quality needed in becoming an engineer.
