Finning UK & Ireland have been recognised by Caterpillar® at the company’s prestigious 2018 Global Dealer Excellence Awards, held in Vienna, Austria earlier this month. Attendees at the event were selected from high performing dealers from around the world, based on dealership performance, strategic alignment with Caterpillar, and proven ability to work well with the extended enterprise.
Managing Director, Kevin Parkes accepted the 2018 Service Award on behalf of Finning UK & Ireland for the ‘remarkable’ service solutions provided to customers in Energy & Transportation as well as construction and mining. The dealership has recently enhanced its services by connecting customer equipment on a large scale and re-engineered the company’s entire product support operations’ footprint and supporting processes to enable the delivery of tailored customer solutions. All of which has supported the recent achievement of Gold standard in Service Excellence.
