What is My.Finning.com?  My.Finning.com is customer platform where you can log in and see information about your business dealings with Finning. It serves as a central hub for information associated with your equipment.

How do I add more accounts for more staff? If you already have an account, you can have you can add additional users through finning.com/myfinning.

I'm having technical difficulties, who should I contact?

How will My.Finning.com help my business?

My.finning.com can provide value to you in a number of different ways:

  • It simplifies your experience by putting everything you need in one place
  • It provides you with 24/7 access to your Finning data, so you can get the information you need,  when you need it
  • You can track your parts orders easily

How can I sign up to use My.Finning.com?

  1. Visit www.finning.com/myfinning
  2. Fill out the registration form with your Finning Customer Number, a serial number from one of your machines, a recent parts order (e.g. 004xxxxx)

Is there a cost for signing up for My.Finning.com?

No, signing up and using My.Finning.com is free for our customers. 

What is the password policy for My.Finning.com?

Characters allowed

·         A – Z

·         a - z

·         0 – 9

·         @ # $ % ^ & * - _ ! + = [ ] { } | \ : ‘ , . ? / ` ~ " ( ) ;

Password restrictions

A minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 128 characters.

Password must contain:

·         Lower case letter;

·         Upper case letter;

·         Number; and

·         Symbol.

Password shall not contain:

·         Part of the username

·         First name; or

                Last name

Password expiry duration

·         Default value: No expiry

Password change history

The previous 24 passwords can't be used again when the user changes a password.

Password reset history

The last password can be used again when the user resets a forgotten password.

For any Finning users, and for customer accounts that authenticate on MyFinning using federated Office 365 or Active Directory authentication (using the “login with Microsoft” button), password management is handled via that service and all password policies and management would be set by the IT organization that owns that identity management tool.

What are the supported browsers?

It is recommended to use Chrome, Firefox or Safari when using My.Finning.com.  Internet Explorer is not supported.

How does parts tracking work?

The following should help you understand the tracking statuses available when viewing “Order Status” for a parts order: 

  • Confirmed – We’ve received your order and we’ll start preparing it shortly. 
  • Prepared – Our parts team has double-checked your order and confirmed the details. 
  • Picked –We’ve finished the process of gathering your parts order and they’ll be on their way to you soon. 
  • Shipped – Your parts have been shipped to your specified location. 
  • Delivered/Ready for Pick Up* – Your parts have arrived at your specified branch and are ready for pick-up. 

Can I track my orders in Saskatchewan? 

We’re currently working on providing the same tracking service for our customers in Saskatchewan and are expecting support in summer 2019.
